Meet Ioanna, Industry Technology Specialist focusing on biosolutions for plant-based food In the video, our colleague Ioanna Anagnostara shares what she is focusing on in her daily work at our Food and Beverage Biosolutions team. For plant-based meat producers, improving the texture often means adding more ingredients, but that’s a challenge when 87% of consumers say they want short, recognizable ingredient lists. "Since consumers are demanding better texture and shorter ingredient lists, producers are approaching us to help fulfill these expectations. I provide technical support on every step of the way, from the first interactions with a customer to on-site lab and industrial-scale trials.
