Norwegian NCL is not BBB approved - they have horrible customer service ! Not a reputable company they treatcitizens poorly, especially those with stage 4 cancer - they just don’t care. .

1wNCL has no compassion gir Sr. citizens I have stage 4 cancer and am immunocompromised. If I went on the cruise, and got sick, it would land me in the Emergency a room or worse yet - the morgue! I can’t be in crowded airports or airports -it could kill me . When I called, they would not let me defer my cruise to another time or give credits to sail at another time. Nor would you let me transfer it to a family member of friends. You took a senior citizen’s money ! So wrong. You should make exceptions for severe medical extenuating circumstances that arise. Shame on you! We are latitudes members and your company is greedy and wrong doing this
