Other than just grow the business, that's a given, that's general. That's kind of what we've been wanting to do for like the four and a bit years it's been going. I think it's I want to improve my soft skills. I think that's where it's, you know, soft skill is if it's what I think it is, I think you need to get one first. Set of baseline first I think that's what I wanna do because certainly as the teams growing and I'm sure that we you know we'll come on to it. I think it's important that I'm actually able to do that and communicate what I actually think in the vision for the business in a way that's different like with you and mom, I could just say as as it is what I was thinking you know and that was probably still would have been not compliant with HR legislation, but it wouldn't it was OK, it was understandable whereas I think as the team. Rows. I kind of want to become better at that. This year, cause 'cause also it doesn't come naturally to me either. Like it's not, I'm not, well, they're nice. Yeah, I'm not, No, I'm not, I'm not naturally that that warm. I don't think so. That's one of the things that I want to improve.
