Spot on. It’s a bit of a pandora’s box for many retailers because there is so much hype but the level of malware and disinformation could cause irreparable harm.  Even if CIOs come to the conclusion that AI is the way, many of them will likely throw up a white flag and source AI capabilities through prepackaged applications and MSPs.
