𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Business Admin, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in performance management, OD, or HR leadership roles.
