I am helping a small company that I'm advising find a great early career resource for a Project Manager role that they are looking to fill ASAP. This is a full time job and not a contract role. They are looking for someone with: - 5-7 years of experience as a business project manager - Change management background/understanding - Basic technical acumen and a willingness to learn - High EQ and good communication skills This role would be running internal and sometimes client facing projects that span across the company. The work requires communication, organization, change management, and the ability to see the big picture. The role would also help to manage the business systems used to run the day-to-day operations in conjunction with a technology services provider.
