👏 After an intense 2.5-day audition program, 11 talented candidates completed the Nexperia Graduate Employee Management selection process. These young engineers, chosen for their exceptional skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities, are now embarking on an exciting journey with #TeamNexperia Malaysia. Their onboarding began with enthusiasm and a strong eagerness to learn. Each of them has been assigned to their respective departments for an intensive learning journey, closely guided and mentored by their assigned buddies, supervisors, and subject matter experts. During this period, they will immerse themselves in the core functions of the manufacturing process, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing flow. Additionally, they will engage in real project management, contributing to ongoing company initiatives. With an enhanced curriculum, hands-on experiences, and personalized mentorship, this program is designed to set them up for long-term success. We look forward to witnessing their growth and success as they shape a brighter future for TeamNexperia!
