New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission’s Post

It's official! LPC moved into our new offices, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome the public into our new Hearing Room at 253 Broadway (2nd Floor). Here's a sneak peak at our new space that was designed with the needs of applicants and the public in mind. The new Public Hearing Room offers a new sound system and video technology for an improved in-person and virtual attendee experience, assistive listening system for enhanced accessibility, a spacious and bright seating space inside the hearing room – plus a comfortable waiting area with closed-feed video of the proceedings inside.  Check out our website for more details about LPC's Public Hearings/Meetings: https://lnkd.in/eB5bpR3R 📸 1: Courtesy of MBB Architects 📸 2-4: Frank Oudeman / courtesy of MBB Architects
