I myself, I have three daughters and having role models is very important to them. In fact, a couple months ago, my five year old daughter had a career day at school and she wanted to be a builder and she borrowed my hard hat and was very excited because she wanted to be not just a builder, but a Howard Hughes builder. And the reason why she did that is because she sees the passion, the excitement, the joy and what I like doing day-to-day for work. But also every time we're driving around Summerland, we're seeing one of the projects that I'm working on. She asked a million questions. What is this piece of equipment, mom? Why are they working here? What are they doing? And that kind of excitement is needed so that everyone can do what their passions are.
