Prior to COVID (2020) = understood balance of local vs. digital marketing. 2021-2022 = Halted spend, pandemic/economic reset. 2023-2024 = high digital marketing ROI. 2024-now = whiplash. Our franchisees are not prepared to adjust. We need to think interact to transact. Thanks for the time Erin Martin and Netsertive!
