Why Do We Coat Ornate Railings Upside Down? 🤔 Ever wondered why we hang railings upside down during the coating process? The answer lies in the power of gravity and the pursuit of a flawless finish. When we coat these ornate railings with RAL 9005 Gloss, inverting them allows for a smoother and cleaner finish with no pooling of excess powder or dust particle inclusions that might inevitably be lingering in the air. Allowing the seen surfaces to be Flawless, all marginal gains to produce the best finish. By hanging them upside down, we ensure that the gloss coat is smooth, even, and free of imperfections—just the way it should be. 7moStruggling to get my head round that ….. do the particles know which way round the panel is sitting? Whether the panel is upside down or not the horizontals are still in the same plane as are the verticals 🤣
