To mark Women's History Month, our Women in NCR Voyix members gathered for a Roundtable WIN Event with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Our leaders, Kelli Sterrett, Trish Nettleship, and Jane Elliott, shared key messages about the importance of leaning on others, using your voice, recognizing our people as our greatest assets, and the company's active efforts to build an inclusive culture globally. Kymberly Graham, our incoming Chair for WIN, was excited to see all the support and impact WIN is having across the company. On this occasion, 15 roundtables were organized for participants in Atlanta and virtually. Each participant was assigned to a topic they selected during registration, including: 📌 Work-life balance 📌 Professional development 📌 Working mom 📌 Career development 📌 Health and wellness 📌 Leaders breaking barriers The event sparked thought-provoking discussions and active participation from attendees, who left empowered and inspired by meaningful insights.
