I would advise every company to stay far away from Nationwide. After being a loyal customer for 2 pets for many years, due to corporate greed Nationwide canceled my insurance, along with 100000 other pets, with no option to renew as an existing policy holder. As a result of this greed, my pets who are now uninsurable as they aged and acquired pre existing diseases, will die or be euthanized solely because of Nationwide. This company has no moral compass. I have dropped all home, auto and umbrella policies and urge other policyholders to do the same

Pamela - I would echo your concerns. I too purchased through my employer and have regretted it. I have filed a formal complaint with their office of customer relations, which I doubt will have little impact but it's my last stop before involving regulatory agencies. The individual I spoke with claims that this office is at the executive level of the organization. Her name was Jennifer and she did seem helpful and sincere. Their phone number is 888-999-2018.
