Indeed, we are super excited to be officially certified to deploy Stereo-seq in our lab! Since our first publication in Blood last year demonstrating the easy application of this technology in our discovery toolbox at the Cancer Discovery Hub National Cancer Centre Singapore, we have started to adopt this spatial whole transcriptomic assay across several projects. Do keep a lookout for our upcoming papers! Reference: https://lnkd.in/gabq_NWc
We’re excited to announce Cancer Discovery Hub as our new Certified Service Provider (CSP). This partnership promises to bring state-of-the-art spatial transcriptomics technology, Stereo-seq, to a broader range of research communities. STOmics’ Stereo-seq technology is cutting-edge spatial multi-omics technology capable of achieving whole transcriptome detection at both cellular resolution and a large field of view simultaneously. Stereo-seq enables researchers to study gene expression within the context of tissue architecture, providing a deeper understanding of cellular organization, cell-cell interactions, functional networks, and spatiotemporal cellular dynamics. The Cancer Discovery Hub (CDH) is a one-stop pan-omics diagnostic and research core laboratory located at the National Cancer Centre Singapore. It specializes in advanced research-grade technologies and provides expert support and mentorship to investigators on all cancer-related projects. Looking forward to seeing what this partnership will unfold for the future of spatial biology research. About STOmics CSP program: The STOmics CSP program aims to facilitate fully trained platforms that run the Stereo-seq workflow.
