NWSA President Katherine Zitsch and Executive Director Dave Mitamura met with LTG William H. "Butch" Graham, Chief of Engineers, and COL Joseph M Sahl, to discuss NWSA's partnership with USACE and the importance of water supply under the Corps' purview.
