This is a great reminder that leadership is as much about the small, everyday moments as it is about big decisions.

Yes, this is pure gold. As a leader you have the privilege and honor to make an impact on your team's lives. You may not get it right all the time, but if you are consistent and make it about the WE and the US, your team will flourish and thrive in many ways. It's not easy to be consistently encouraging, consistently seeing the best in each other and it's a challenge to stay positive when not all are on that very same page. It's a leader's role to remain steadfast, unshakeable and lead with a servant's heart. If you make it a daily mission to coach, inspire, listen and help set direction, you will be surprised how the most unlikely can rise up and continue to carry the torch. I have had the great privilege of seeing many retire, rise up into leadership and also see those that wanted to quit, stand tall and push through towards success by exceeding goals and own self expectations. Being a leader is truly an honor and yes, indeed it makes impacts on the many that continue to feel the effects of a good leader for many years. Lead Well and Lead Right 👍🏼

Agree…let’s find and develop more leaders who inspire. Too often trainers and managers mistake themselves as leaders.

From my experience, every interaction as a leader is an opportunity to make a positive impact. What if we approached each conversation with the intent to inspire, motivate, and uplift? By doing so, we can create a ripple effect that empowers everyone around us. Leadership First
