From boardroom concerns to ground realities, the #NasscomGCC Gurgaon roadshow witnessed it all. Bringing together voices from across the industry to unpack what’s truly holding back talent transformation, we held the discussions that opened up crucial areas we need to address: - Is it a skill gap or a clarity gap? - Are our HR models ready for disruption? - Can GCCs balance quality vs quantity? - Is AI adoption being driven by value or just FOMO? - Are we building leaders who understand the 'why' of talent? - And most importantly – are GCCs attractive enough for tomorrow’s talent? A critical pulse-check for the industry, these conversations have set the stage for deeper, solution-oriented dialogues. Join us at the Nasscom GCC Summit & Awards 2025, April 22nd-23rd, at HICC, Hyderabad for a deep dive! #GCCLeadership #FutureOfWork #NasscomGCC #GCCAwards #GCC Amit Verma | Chirag Buch | Sandeep Bahl | Sneha Sharma | Garima Sharma | Achyuta Ghosh | Priyanka Barua

It was a fantastic experience attending the #NasscomGCC regional connect session and engaging with industry leaders to discuss the future of talent transformation in GCCs. The conversations around bridging the skill gap, adapting HR models, and the true drivers of AI adoption were enlightening. What stood out to me was the critical importance of domain-specific skilling in GCCs. Unlike the broader IT skillsets, domain expertise can truly differentiate teams and drive the kind of value we need. It's not just about having technical skills; it's about deepening knowledge in the specific sectors GCCs operate in. As we move forward, we need to ensure we are not just building teams with skills, but with leaders who truly understand the "why" behind talent development and whether GCCs are truly attractive enough for tomorrow's talent. Thanks Chirag Buch, and team for hosting us. Looking forward to more of these solution-oriented dialogues at the Nasscom GCC Summit & Awards 2025 in Hyderabad #GCC #AI #IndustryGrowth
