Welcome to Nariko NexGen Conclave 2025 and I welcome you Sir here right, so you're in the panel of Vision 2030. So we would like to know that what is there in the panel discussion and we'll just discuss it right now. First love to congratulate Mareko for putting this thing together, you know, bringing the next Gen. in. I was told that I've just moved from the next Gen. category to the oldest category last year, but I think it's a it's a fantastic initiative to to. You know, get the next generation of leaders within the Indian real estate community interact with, you know, the senior developers and also, you know, fantastic panels from design to funding to tax planning, all of that. So it's a great initiative. Vision 2030, I think is going to be a panel on, you know, just what the future of real estate holds. And for us, you know, for Tribeca, who is sort of very focused on design and construction technology. For me it's, you know, life starts and ends with product and design. So I'm going to be talking mostly about that and how that is key to our strategy of building a real estate brand and and growth. So about Nariko Nationals that they have taken an initiative of getting all of them together at one platform. So anything for them National, like I said, you know, fantastic job national for putting this thing together. It's a wonderful initiative and I congratulate. So we would like to know about your experience at the inauguration of Trump. It was fantastic. This was my second inauguration. I was there in 2017. Wow. I have to say 2025 was a totally different, you know, 2017. It was, you know, full of protests, right? Like you were a little worried expressing your support for Trump. But the mandate that, you know, President Trump has gotten the last, you know, in in 2024. It's it's a broad based support. And yeah, it was just an incredible sort of experience, you know, witnessing, you know, presidential inauguration in the US and, you know, being right there with with, with president and his family. It's quite fantastic and very special. Wow. Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Sir.
