3wMaharera made agent's trainings compulsary for being a Registered Authorised Real Estate Agent, this compulsion was also fullfiled by most of the law abiding citizens working as Real Estate Agent/s in this field/s , now the issue is builder / developer's / promoters don't appoint these agent offically for there project in the entire Maharashtra. As per circular issued by Maharera it was made compulsory and binding for the builders /developers/ promoters to update the details of the Real estate agent/s for the project and QR code of the project & the Real Estate agent/s, is/ was made mandatory to be published in all advertisements / website etc , who follows?? , NO DETAILS of Authorised Registered Real Estate Agent/s,as per circular by MAHARERA are published by any BUILDER / PROMOTERS/ DEVELOPERS a matter of serious cognizance to be acted upon at priority at the earliest most, as this is resulting in demolerishing the entire REGISTERED REAL ESTATE AGENT/S in Maharashtra,as well as buyers are kept away from receiving correct facilities,this type of approach from the promoters /developers /builders community requires immediate intervention & concern .
