When LLMs first launched, I couldn’t sleep. The potential I saw to transform the mundane tasks of documentation, especially in the hospital, was mind-blowing. This wasn’t just another tech tool with nominal benefit being forced on us in medicine, it was something that could replace the time-consuming charting that took me away from patients. I became obsessed and developed a concept that worked.
