In partnership with Oldham Council, we’ve submitted a series of planning applications that will bring forward a bold and inclusive new vision for #Oldham town centre. Designed in close collaboration with the #community, key themes around #accessibility, #design quality, safety and movement have been carefully integrated into the proposals. Once approved, the programme will unlock nearly 10 hectares of land and deliver up to 2,000 high-quality #newhomes, creating reimagined public spaces, and vibrant places to live, work and spend time.
