We have partnered with Ardian to invest in a luxury retail property portfolio in Paris, acquiring a 60% stake in three iconic properties from the French luxury goods group, Kering. This portfolio includes a prime property on Place Vendôme and two others on Avenue Montaigne, home to luxury brands like Boucheron, Yves Saint Laurent, and Valentino. This investment strengthens our presence in prime European real estate and aligns with our strategy for long-term value creation.
