Muslim women have always led. Before hashtags. Before boardrooms. Before ballots. We led in the Prophet’s ﷺ time—and we continue to lead today. 📜 Khadijah (RA) was a successful businesswoman who employed the Prophet ﷺ and became the first person to accept Islam. 🗣 Aisha (RA) was a scholar, political leader, and military strategist whose teachings still shape Islamic jurisprudence. ⚖️ Umm Umarah (Nusaybah bint Ka’ab) defended the Prophet ﷺ in battle, shielding him with her own body. Across industries and generations, Muslim women are still showing up. Still leading with compassion, courage, and clarity. Whether in tech, public service, nonprofit leadership, or community organizing—our legacy lives on in every barrier broken, every voice uplifted. To my fellow Muslim women leaders: your leadership is not an exception. It is a continuation. Let’s honor those who came before us by investing in those rising now, especially in Ramadan. 🌙
