Solving invisible pain points turns you into a silent hero. 3/ Speak the CFO’s Language ➵ Learn financial metrics and ROI. Tying your work to dollars and cents gets you noticed by decision-makers. 4/ Become the “Go-To” Person ➵ Offer insights, connections, and shortcuts no one else knows. When answers flow through you, you become indispensable. 5/ Mentor Down, Network Up ➵ Train junior employees while building strong relationships with executives. You’ll be seen as a leader at every level. 6/ Master the Metrics That Matter ➵ Know what data drives success in your company.
