Instead, the company is focusing on broader employee engagement and alignment with business needs. 2️⃣ Support for Core Communities: The Harley-Davidson Foundation and sponsorships will prioritize the riding community, veterans, and first responders, emphasizing alignment with its brand and values. 3️⃣ Employee Development: Training efforts will remain focused on legal compliance and business-aligned outcomes, steering away from socially motivated content. 4️⃣ Business Resource Groups: Executive support will be provided to employee groups for professional development and networking. You're just as bad as the other lot! University of Oxford /cf/ University of Cambridge - when we speak, we're supposed to make sense. -*- What does Merry Christmas mean? We hope you Enjoy Christmas? Enjoy what about Christmas? Presumably something to do with the birth of Jesus? What if the secret to the enjoyment of life was revealed today? Christmas day is a celebration of Evolutionary Emergence. Something appearing from nothing - as described by #VB (Virgin Birth). How can understanding evolutionary emergence (as demonstrated by Jesus on his birthday) help people to enjoy this (to have a Merry Christmas) and EVERY (to live happily ever after) other day? The realisation that the exact same process of emergence may occur within the human mind (through Learning what is loved) - to give rise to the '#VB' in context of an individual's quality. To become an unprecedented better (hence '#VB') than we were just momentarily a priori. The gift of Christmas is to teach us that the ENTIRE basis to reality is in Emergence. Emergence may occur within an abstraction layer (for instance in the development of mind in understanding /or/ art as we get better in both) - or it can happen, essentially similarly - in the transition between abstaction layers (species) - as we see today albeit several thousand years away.

As the year comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on what 2024 has meant for us at Food For Education, especially when it comes to employee engagement. This year, we leaned into some simple (but truly impactful) actions that have made all the difference: ✨ Listening deeply: We opened up more spaces to hear our team—through performance conversations, townhalls, employee satisfaction surveys, team check-ins, and even those casual chats that turn into powerful conversations that inform business process. ✨ Celebrating our people: From shining a light on individual wins to cheering on team milestones (all of which absolutely blew us away!), we showed up to recognize and appreciate the contributions that drive our work ✨ Living our values: Whether in the day-to-day grind or moments of team connection, our shared purpose grounded us, kept us resilient, and reminded us why we do what we do. I'm learning that significant impact often occurs not only during grand, dramatic events but more so through small, seemingly insignificant interactions, decisions, and experiences that accumulate over time, gradually shaping team dynamics. Retrospectively, I’m filled with admiration and gratitude for the dedication, energy, resilience, and heart of every team member who has made this journey possible.
