OCCH is proud to announce the financial closing of Renew Miami Chapel in Dayton, Ohio, located in the Choice Neighborhood Dayton community. This 44-unit new construction development will provide much-needed affordable housing. Led by Model Group and Invictus Development Group, Renew Miami Chapel will transform a housing site originally built in the 1940s to better serve the needs of families today. Supportive services will be provided by Resident Services, a department of Greater Dayton Premier Management. We look forward to welcoming residents in Summer 2026.
