Simple measurements should provide data, but more importantly provide information that illustrates a mode of action. This then provides accountability for your products and your solution. The measurements should be simple and repeatable. In this BioPlan, the endomycorrhizae should improve root growth and thus plant growth and tillering potential. So far the data reflects this. First round results have been measured for our barley BioPlan in SA utilising BioHub Endo-4 as a liquid at planting. In this farm there are paddocks that have had their their first year and second year applications. Root weight improvements over control of 80% in first and 14% in second. Longest root measurement control improvements of 4% over first and 3% over second. Shoot weight improvements over control of 64% first and 21% second. Longest tiller improvements over control of 4% first and 1% second. Average tillers numbers improvement over control of 30% first and 26% second. A pleasing start to the season, but a long way to go. #measuremeasuremeasure #bioplan

How to choose rotation speed, shaking throw and fixture? Usually suspension cell cultivation adopt 80-150rpm, 50mm. The fixture corresponds to sticky pad whose stickiness is enough to hold this speed. Usually bacterial cultivation adopt 200-250rpm, 25 or 26mm. which is a relatively high speed. The fixture corresponds to clamps. Besides, universal spring holder is also a good choice which is suitable for most flasks.
