I am very proud to say that Mission Mars have achieved a ‘World Class’ 3 star rating from Best Companies. This is the highest accreditation Best Companies award. We have taken part in the Best Companies survey since 2019, and have been continuously striving to reach our goal of ‘World Class’ team engagement, after 4 years rated a 2 star ‘Outstanding’ company, we have finally achieved our goal! Our dream is to have our guests wanting more, our team striving to do better, whilst working for the greatest company in the world. Today feels like we have taken a big leap closer to achieving that dream. This would not have been possible without the incredible hard work, commitment, and passion that my team have given over the last few years. I am incredibly proud of them, and very lucky to work alongside such talented, compassionate and caring individuals. Thank you for everything you do. Thank you to every Mission Mars team member, manager, our Exec team and our founders, that have all contributed and helped us along on this journey, we have built a culture that embraces feedback and strives for continuous improvement.
