Well put. There are too many failed CCaaS implementations costing the industry millions in rework. Whether it is a result of the technology or the system integrator or both, there is a tremendous opportunity for improvement. The questions you’ve listed seem simple but are rarely asked and answered in enough detail to drive a successful deployment. No migration will be perfect.
