Fig Team and Industry Partner Appreciation Post: I have always strived to show appreciation for my entire team and all of our industry partners. It takes so much collective effort and communication to close every transaction! Recently I was assisting a Realtor on a transaction and working in the file of our operating system. I often notice the number of measured tasks completed on files while I am working in there. This sale was still in the process of closing and already had well over 500 tasks completed by our Title & Escrow Team. That is a mind-blowing number when you consider how many files are being worked on at any given time and how many emails, phone calls, face-to-face conversations and other tasks take place that are not measured. Year-to-Date our team has completed 24,747 measured tasks. WOW! There is SO MUCH that goes on behind the scenes of closing every real estate transaction, not only for title and escrow, but also countless work that Realtors, Lenders and everyone else involved puts in.
