With this year’s theme, “Let’s ACCELERATE ACTION for women’s equality,” we were reminded that real progress happens when we take action together. Highlights from our IWD week: 💡 Fe:male Pioneering Sessions – Six dedicated colleagues gave an authentic talk about their careers and shared valuable insights. 📸 Photo Campaign – Employees worldwide joined in, raising awareness with the official campaign symbol. 🖥️ Interactive Whiteboard: "Immer Besser" Together – A space filled with inspiring stories, powerful quotes, and reflections on women's impact. International Women's Day is a reminder of the strength, resilience, and contributions of women everywhere.
