Alright, day 27 of the 31 Day Pizza Challenge is day three of the Pizza Expo. I am at Middleby Marshall and I'm with Chef Craig, the pizza artisan on the show. You're going to tell me about some new technologies to make pizza great. Absolutely. Matter of fact, we're going to pull everybody's favorite pizza pepperoni off of the Middleby Marshall Hearth Belt, which is fantastic because it's designed to give us a hearth baked crust off of a conveyor oven fast. No skill needed. We're going to go ahead and cut this up. So you and I can try some pizza. Ohh, I want some pizza. And then we're going to pull one more pie out of the Middleby Marshall long wave. So this is probably the first ever Neapolitan style conveyor pizza done. We've got fresh Margarita pizza. We're going to drop some fresh basil on top of that. Beautiful Basil. And then we're going to you and I are going to eat some pizza here. Boom. Check out this across. Check out the way this looks too. Gorgeous pieces. I cannot wait to try them. Yeah, beautiful, beautiful. What's what's your pizza of choice? Pepperoni. Alright, I'm going to go for Neapolitan. We're going to do it this way then. Alright, grab. Look at that beautiful taste.
