-opinions are my own - This was an important hearing. I believe there is a gap of applicable information that decision makers can use to assess system reliability. Warnings are communicated at high decision maker levels without any specifics being studied or implemented on how to assess system reliability. The impacts of losing resources that have stronger energy adequacy capabilities are not defined. The policy directives are winning the race with reliability and affordability lagging the same level of attention.
