Riina Palu also talks about Saaresalu's consultancy project in Port of Constanta in Romania that is carried out in partnership with HPC Hamburg Port Consulting GmbH, Critical Technologies and EN Shipping. 🇷🇴 Riina emphasises that Port of Constanta, a pivotal gateway in the Black Sea region, has embarked on a strategic mission to elevate its status. Central to this transformation is the implementation of a Port Community System (PCS). 💻 The Port of Constanta's decision to invest in a PCS is driven by the need to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve communication within the port community. A PCS serves as a centralized platform for information exchange, enabling seamless collaboration between port authorities, shipping lines, terminal operators, customs agencies, and other stakeholders. ⏩ By streamlining processes and reducing administrative burdens, a PCS can significantly improve the overall performance of the port. 👩🏫 To ensure the successful implementation of a PCS, the Port of Constanta conducted a comprehensive feasibility study with the help of the aforementioned consortium.

The War in Ukraine update: The windows of opportunity for Putin to conquer more Ukrainian land is still there - but it is starting to fade. The arrival of the US and UE military reinforcements is in progress. Ukraine will receive 85 F-16 aircraft from European allies. The first ones will arrive in June. Once the ukrainian pilots will start the missions with the new UAF F-16, the the russian offensive will be completely stopped - and it is not excluded that in some sectors of the front we will witness surprises - local counter-offensives of the Ukrainian forces. The most important fact is that the Red Army is currently starting to lose momentum and initiative. UAF must hit hard the russians deep below the frontline - in order to weaken the russian logistic lines, weaken the bolshevik morale and will to fight, in this way the Russian troops will lose their main asset - the ability to wage a war of attrition on the entire front line. The total number of 4th generation aircraft for Kiev reaches 85, all from European countries. Belgium announced that it will donate 30 F-16 aircraft to Ukraine. 24 F-16 are coming from the Netherlands, 19 from Denmark and 12 from Norway (the same country offering another 10 that will be used for spare parts). The first F-16 pilots from Ukraine have completed training in Arizona, and it is possible that the first Vipers will arrive in Ukraine as early as next month. Other ukrainian pilots are completing the training at Borcea Airbase in Romania. One of the aircraft that Kiev must supplement and eventually replace with the F-16 is the Soviet-era MiG-29 Fulcrum fighter jet. Ukrainian MiG-29 pilots already use Western-made weapons such as anti-radar missiles (AGM-88 HARM), SCALP and Storm Shadows cruise missiles, or the air-launched version of the small diameter bomb (GBU-39 SDB ). On a visit to Germany on Tuesday, French President Macron and Chancellor Scholz showed their support for Ukraine to be allowed to hit certain targets inside Russia with the received Western weapons. Russia has launched 25 airstrikes in the past day along the 1,200 km long front, while Putin has threatened Europe with "serious consequences" if it allows Ukraine to use Western weapons on Russian soil.

How much local, state, and federal funding, tax credits, density bonus increase, waivers of impact fees, or other government benefit or incentive did the project receive? 2. What is the affordability period for each project and, if the affordability period is not in perpetuity or permanent, WHY NOT? 3. What guarantees exist that tenants in the affordable housing units will not be displaced after an "affordability period expires? Any LOCAL, STATE or FEDERAL official that does not MANDATE "permanent" affordability periods or affordability "IN PERPETUITY" for any project receiving some government benefit is commiting MALFEASANCE and should quit, be removed from office or be terminated. IN MOST CASES WHEN IT COMES TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING, the public and taxpayer are being fooled into thinking their elected and appointed officials are solving problems, when in fact, all hey have done is "KICK THE CAN DOWN THE ROAD" to burden a future generation with the same problem or crisis!
