Worst customer service I've ever had with METRO PCS in the 10 years I've been with them as a customer. Miss leading information with promo/device credit and with ACP programs. after umpteen calls to customer service (611) and dealing with supervisors as well, I was give the wrong information, no information, different information with no resolution with them. this lasted for over 3 weeks. #cell #phone #cellphone #metropcs #tmobile #telecommunication #customer service

I was offered to start a new service with Metro PCS with the insensitives of only paying the taxes for the phone and of course activation and first months bills. And by doing so and bringing my number from another company I would receive a free case and screen protector.. sounds good right? But then I took a look at my receipt and I was charged for everything phone taxes, first month, activation, screen protector, case.... And on top of it all I'm now being told they won't refund it. This might not be a big deal for everyone but I am working with a limited amount of money and I don't appreciate being lied too

I have been trying to contact your company for days now about becoming a dealer. I have tried numerous times to submit dealer contact info but it keeps giving me an error message. I have even called your corporate office and if is nearly impossible to even get anyone on the phone. When I do, the person keeps trying to send me to the nearest dealer, not to mention their english is horrible. Can someone please contact me????
