It was supposed to be just a filing job and I said there's no way whatever you doing this all of my life. My name is Marian Justiniano. I'm the senior vice president of lending here with the credit union. So I started here back in 1989 as a part time while I was my junior in high school. And then from there I became a loan funder, underwriter, manager and then eventually and now I'm here in this position Metro we invested in me. They believed in my in my talent, and then they helped me to grow through education and then exit through mentorships. My advice to women coming into the workforce? Know they're worth and to advocate for themselves and also don't compromise your values.
