We’re celebrating #WorldWaterDay by reaffirming our commitment to water stewardship as part of our broader sustainability strategy. 💧🌍 By 2030, we aim to be water positive—restoring more water than we consume in our operations. Reducing water use in our data centers is a key part of this effort, but we also recognize the importance of supporting water restoration projects that benefit the communities where we operate. Since 2017, we’ve been involved in 30+ water restoration projects, including: 🌱 Conservation efforts that protect wildlife and natural water sources 💙 Water quality initiatives that reduce pollution 🚰 Sanitation programs that improve access to safe drinking water In 2023 alone, these projects returned over 1.5 billion gallons of water to high and medium water-stress regions. Each project is unique and designed to meet local needs. We take a rigorous, context-based approach, working closely with NGOs and water utilities to ensure long-term impact. We believe that corporate investment, cross-industry alliances, and lasting NGO partnerships are key to solving global water challenges. Hello, I have been facing several issues with my Business Manager, which prevent me from managing it properly: My business wallet has been blocked for over 3 years without any apparent reason. After requesting a review, I was asked to verify my identity with my passport, which I did, but since then, I can no longer manage my Meta Business account. There is an active pixel that I cannot delete. My Business Manager is linked to one or more WhatsApp Business accounts, and I cannot unlink them. Some ad accounts have an unknown status, preventing me from managing or deleting them. I cannot find a way to open a support ticket to get assistance. I have tried everything to fix these issues, but nothing has worked. As a last resort, I want to delete this Business Manager and create a new one, but I am not allowed to do so. Could you please provide clear steps to resolve this issue or intervene directly to help me ? Thank you in advance for your support.
