This summer, Mercari’s hosting an internship for software engineering students to try their hand at developing features for Mercari Group’s services in Japan. 📝 Program Overview Employment type: Paid internship Hours: 20 hours or more per week  Location: Japan (Remote in Japan or at Mercari’s office in Roppongi, Tokyo; visas provided as necessary) Duration: Approximately 2 to 3 months (negotiable) Interns will be involved in developing features for Mercari, Merpay, Mercoin, or Mercari Hallo, collaborating as part of a team focused on enhancing user experience (UX) and refining specifications. You’ll have the chance to work on projects such as improving the search interface and optimizing the listing and purchasing processes, gaining hands-on experience with relevant technologies and data.
