Mental Health will effect each and every one of us at some point in our lives, whether it be personal, supporting a loved one or being there for a work colleague. Statistically 1 in 4 people will experience some form of mental health issue each year. Over these past two days, I’ve really learnt the true importance of Mental Health First Aid training and the impact it can have to someone in need.
