As we bid farewell to the year gone by and welcome the New Year with open arms, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the journey we’ve had and the exciting path ahead. This year has been full of incredible experiences, challenges, and opportunities. One of the most memorable moments for me was celebrating the hard work and achievements of our entire team with a special lunch with the top management. It was a fantastic opportunity to not only relax and enjoy some quality time together but also to have meaningful discussions about how we can take the company to new heights in the coming year. Kicking Off 2025: Bonding, Planning, and Moving Forward We’re back from an incredible week in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where around 600 of us from Impact Networking, LLC came together for our all-company trip. It was more than just a celebration, it was a moment to reflect, bond, and set the stage for our future. This year marks a pivotal transition for Impact as we officially welcomed our new leadership team (📷👇 Michael Lepper, Rick Ray, ASHLEY CARNES, Patrick Layton, Douglas Gamache, Karlee (Ricks) Travis, Anthony Cucco, Jeff Miller and Jon Evans Impact's Senior Leadership team 2025). Our CEO, Frank Cucco, along with founders Dan Meyer and Thomas Pieters, moved to the board, and we embraced the next chapter with a team built to take us into the future. It’s a moment filled with gratitude, respect for their vision, and excitement for what’s next. Congrats to Michael Lepper for officially stepping into Impact's CEO role! In Mexico, we launched our updated company values, refreshed our mission, and unveiled ambitious new goals for 2025. But what stood out most was the time spent connecting with one another, five days of collaboration, conversation, and the kind of bonding that strengthens us as #OneTeam. The planning and coordination it takes to pull off something like this trip mirrors what we put into every part of our business. December wasn’t just about wrapping up the year; it was about laying the groundwork for what’s ahead: We’ve aligned our go-to-market strategy to stay in lockstep with our ideal customer profile. ✅ We’ve set plans to ensure our service delivery scales with our growth. ✅ We’ve doubled down on our internal transformation, with major milestones on the horizon for our PSA and ERP systems, including DOT Security's big move to these platforms in Q1. ✅ This wasn’t a time to slow down; it was a time to prepare.
