How I perceive challenges as apportunities to improve professional skills I am here to share my experiences how I perceive the work challenges. For the period of starting from November till December, my boss discussed with me to transfer his phone to me to handle the urgent complain case from customer and arrange schedule during his oversea trip. As an admin and account working under construction sector in Singapore, I clearly understand that responding to site urgent case is crucial. However, I was glad that my boss didn't question my potential. To be honest, accepting that challenge was a valuable step to improve my professional skills for career journey. Now that already one month passed, I reflected myself that I am upgrading my below skills : Time Management: Adding another job scope to daily routine, so listing down the jobs upon urgency level Interpersonal skill : building reliable relationship with customers and our technician during engaging the complains and schedule with technicians Problem solving skill : getting to learn the site essential issue as they arise and find effective solutions Reporting skill : From daily report of cases to my boss, improving how to deliver information in a short and understandable way Additional to my admin , HR and account knowledge, I am able to learn secretary skills as a personal assistant for 2 months because I embrace the challenge and see it as an opportunity. #Admin #Account #HR #Secretary #Personalassistant #Mutilangual
