Last week, I had the pleasure of attending #KeelvarKonnect in Atlanta, Georgia. A whirlwind one-day event crammed with panels, keynotes, and plenty of networking, here are my key takeaways: 🌟 Customers LOVE Keelvar Both on- and off-stage, customers like The Coca-Cola Company, ExxonMobil, Microsoft, and Dell Technologies freely offered testimonials about the value and convenience Keelvar has brought to their procurement processes. At one stage, I hesitantly asked what their incentive was to praise us so highly - I was told they just love the product. As an engineer I'm always working on bugs or new features; it's easy to forget I'm only focusing on what's missing. What we offer now is already pretty good! ⚙️ All roads lead to integrations Kasia Tati has done an impressive job cultivating a best-of-breed ecosystem with partners like Xeneta, SpendHQ, FreightWaves SONAR, Sievo, excelerateds2p, and Catena Clearing. As we focus on integrating our services, less and less time will be wasted on porting data from one product to another. A rising tide lifts all boats ⛵ 🧱 Rome wasn't built in a day Or, if you're Irish, "I ndiaidh a chéile a thógtar na caisleáin". While we've come a long way in facilitating procurement excellence, there's also a long road ahead of us. From Autonomous Sourcing to GenAI R&D, there are many ways to improve upon what we've already built. I find myself returning to my daily work with a renewed sense of purpose and motivation, knowing the value that lies ahead. Recently, our Synergy team, composed of managers from our four laboratories, came together for an enriching and engaging meeting that reflected our values and mission. Our Mission: To improve patients’ lives by providing comprehensive testing services, enabling clients to launch and release their products safely and rapidly across the world. The day began with insightful presentations from our leadership team, including our CEO, CFO, Sales Manager, HR, and other key figures.
