As I approach my 100th day on the job, a shoutout to my network and the network of my network! At Luminor Group, we are gearing up for one of the most comprehensive modernizations of a European banking group. As the largest bank headquartered in the Baltics, we possess both the scale to significantly impact our societies and the nimbleness to move quickly. We believe a lean, cloud-native, engineering-first bank will benefit our customers, society, and shareholders. Here are some key hints about how we will work: - Domain-driven and end-to-end value streams from the customer to the final product - Distributed teams that are aligned through our platforms - A community of engineers working collaboratively, No monopolies and excuses, rooted in an inner-source way of work - A customer-centric approach that is pan-Baltic - Open-source and cloud-native practices -Distributed data ownership, Data Mesh deployed at scale 2025 will be a year of building! We have already welcomed top engineers and professionals to our team, and many more will join us soon. Keep an eye out for our job announcements.
