Key take away I want to share: For me PLM was long time an unwanted third management system next to PDM and ERP. Again with the need of proper connectors to persue the Single source of truth concept. Markus Meier gave me a great insight of using PLM tools to manage the second and third lifes of products (i.e. Refurbishing an eBike, a taxi, using the batteries for energy-storages...). Then my mind really started opening to PLM, because this can reduce waste and generate more value, just with more proper management. 😎🙌🚀
