Negotiation skills. Why is this such a top priority for you to have with your real estate professional? In the mix of all of the things that have to be done in order for you to walk away with the top dollar sale, your real estate professional should have an extensive and robust ability to negotiate. OK, why is this so important? Because you're working with a trusted advisor #1 so you know that your real estate professional is really working to protect your bottom line at all times. And to protect your best interests. But that starts early on in the process. What do I mean by that? OK, so the pre listing process is extremely critical because in order for me, as your trusted advisor to negotiate well on your behalf, I have to create leverage. That means that I'll come in into your house before it even hits the market. And we're going to identify all of the potential pitfalls, hiccups, and things that can cost us leverage. We're going to do that efficiently, strategically and affordably. In order to be able to really create the best possible position to negotiate, to create leverage. And then the other part of it is, is that during the inspection and appraisal, OK, That is a critical stage where the negotiation skills really will shine. But it all begins in that early stage, OK? At the end of the day, we have to make sure that those negotiations skills have a long track record, OK? So for example, how long have we been in the sales? Business right for me it started out at age 10, a 10 years old I started selling paper goods during recess instead of taking a lunch break, I would just go and sell right and over such a long period of time I developed this ability to really connect with people and ultimately the best negotiators are the ones that can not only protect. Your best interest in bottom line, but create a win win situation for all parties. That takes finesse and that takes true skill. And when you and I work together, that's exactly what you're going to get.
