🌍 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗨𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗜: 𝗔 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗦𝗚 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆   We are proud to announce that Manova Partners has officially become a signatory of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) again under its new flag. This step underscores our commitment to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into our investment practices and aligns with our vision for sustainable growth.   While our assets were managed in line with the UN PRI principles, a new application was required due to our separation from the Macquarie Group, effective December 1, 2024. As an independent real estate asset manager this ensures continuity in our ESG commitments while we develop a new comprehensive ESG strategy tailored to our independent operations. A comprehensive materiality assessment, which serves as the foundation of our ESG strategy, was successfully finalized in February 2025. Future participation in other ESG initiatives will be evaluated upon finalization of our ESG strategy. We look forward to fostering transparency, accountability, and sustainable progress through this new chapter.   Martin Unglert Ana H.   #ManovaParnters #ESG #TheRealEstateOfTomorrow #InvestingInTheFuture #UNPRI Photo: Bird houses fostering biodiversity - installed at a Logistics facility in the Netherlands, managed by Manova Partners
