Thanks to a grant from the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley, we made much-needed repairs to our Fox Hill Group Home for individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome in Aurora. We fixed the living room ceiling and lighting, painted the stairways, put in new handrails, and replaced the HVAC system. LSSI is one of the only providers in the state that offers services for individuals with #PraderWilliSyndrome, which is a complex genetic condition that causes a chronic feeling of hunger.
