I’m thrilled to share that I have successfully completed the course ‘Sports Journalism’ offered by Al Jazeera Media Institute. The most important skills that I have learned from this course are: - The art of writing match previews and report - The basics of sports reporting - How to use data in sports journalism - How to report to audiences with a sophisticated interest in the subject - How to go beyond the sports pitch and find human-interest stories - The practicalities of reporting across a number of different media platforms - How to conduct interviews with athletes, players, coaches, officials and fans. - How to convert basic information into useful content that is revealing and also informative to the audience
