We celebrate the small wins, not just the big The perfect drink to reflect on 2024. Not just a glib line but the motto of South London beer brand, The Gipsy Hill Brewing Co Hill. Founded by Sam McMeekin this beer is delicious. No compromise on its ingredients, flavour, or giving back to those that matter. What I love most is their range of Carbon Negative brews. Swell (not pictured here, but consumed...) uses regeneratively grown, bio-diverse barley from Wildfarmed. When served in a pub on draft the beer has a CO2e footprint of -30g per pint, compared to standard pints which are more than 350g per pint. All achieved without offsets. Hard work. Years of research. The power of entrepreneurs is testing new ideas and finding solutions. More power to Gipsy Hill.

Huge fan of Gipsy Hill and when they launched their carbon negative beers, I loved them even more The branding and characters are always so good too. Had a lovely pint of Hepcat last week myself 👌🏻
