Today, we honor the remarkable strength, resilience, and accomplishments of women worldwide. We are thrilled to recognize some extraordinary women from the London Marriott Grosvenor Square, who are absolute trailblazers, and they continue to inspire and lead with grace and determination.
We asked these women: "What advice would you give your younger self if you had the chance?" Here’s what they had to say.
Here’s to the resilience, determination, and brilliance of women everywhere - Happy International Women’s Day 2025!

One thing I would tell my younger self is to believe in myself. I think it's so easy to doubt yourself and to let that hold you back, which is why I think it's really important not to overthink and if there's something you want to do, just go for it and in the end you will get there and everything will work out. I would tell my younger self to follow the dreams and follow the path you have set out for yourself, even if that means taking a step sideways or even backwards things. Who happened for reason. Dear younger self, don't try to be someone you're not just to fit in. Find your true self, know your worth and be the version of yourself. I would have advised my younger self to be braver, to take risks, calculated risks in order to achieve my dreams in my private life and career. By doing so, I strongly believe that I would had become more determined, braver and had a sense of purpose earlier in my life. So be brave.
